The GRG factory should pay attention to the following two points when making GRG material products

2. When the size deformation of the die in the production process exceeds 3mm, the die shall be stopped and repaired;
The molds made of wood products as bottom supports are scrapped after 15 ~ 25 times of production, about 100 ~ 150 times of FRP and about 50 ~ 60 times of silica gel mold. The silica gel mold will shrink in use, so it is necessary to pay attention to the size at any time.
1. Silica gel mold: mold made of silicone rubber polymer material;

2, carving mold (gypsum / paraffin / dense foam): the use of mechanical processing of the work of the mold, the general engraving process finished closed after the production of products; characteristic:
a. High precision, machining, error can be controlled within 1mm;
b. Low reuse times (less than 5 times);
c. Hard mold, unable to make products with demoulding dead corners;
d. Long processing cycle (determined according to the complexity of grain and the feed speed of engraving machine, generally 1 ㎡ / 10h).
