Preliminary process of GRG decoration project
After receiving the drawings from the factory, GRG project shall go through the following preliminary process
1. Field measurement and recheck. Due to the deviation between civil engineering and drawings, on-site measurement is an essential step. The purpose of on-site setting out measurement is to verify whether the theoretical size of decoration construction drawings based on building plan construction drawings and the actual size on site are mutually verified.
For example, we have encountered the change of the position of the vent in the actual construction, but the original design drawing has not been changed. 2. Second, design modeling. Because GRG is mostly used for special-shaped decoration modeling, the traditional CAD drawings can not fully express the design concept. Through subjective consciousness, description and virtual performance, it constitutes an expression target object of objective morphological structure. Therefore, through designer modeling, it can intuitively show the GRG project form.
3. Drawing deepening. The detailed design of products in blocks is not a simple mechanical repetition. Each design shape is different. Through on-site review, master the actual data, master the model shape, determine the manufacturer's installation and fixing method and the size of product blocks.
